Abstract

This essay analyzes the importance of female managerial leadership in knowledge management within the university context, supported by emergent planning, highlighting how this style positively influences the organization. It considers the most important aspects of this leadership style, exercised by female managers in universities. It explores the role of female leaders in senior management at universities, in addition to the characteristics of female leadership that align with emergent planning, such as adaptability, collaboration, open communication, and a holistic vision. These qualities are fundamental to the success of knowledge management. In conclusion, the implementation of knowledge management through female leadership and emergent planning generates successful results. It also demonstrates a positive change in university management and demonstrates that the inclusion of women in leadership roles contributes to the success of universities.
